About The Position

Imperial is a Tulsa-based company that provides traditional vending, micro markets, catering, corporate dining, and coffee services. Refrigeration Technicians handle daily service calls and maintenance issues, with training provided. The position involves repairing and maintaining refrigeration equipment and providing World Class Service to support customers and client relationships. Technicians work in a non-climate-controlled shop and travel to client locations to service and install equipment.

Requirements

Mechanical and/or electrical background, from previous work experience or formal training.
Adequate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration processes.
Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled shop and travel to client locations to service and install equipment.

Responsibilities

Repair various refrigeration decks.
Repair and maintain ice makers.
Maintain walk-in coolers and freezers.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Provide service to help the team and customers improve and maintain client relations.
Drive a company vehicle.
Load and unload equipment on and off the vehicle and transport it to and from clients.
Use deductive reasoning to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Maintain parts and tool inventories.
Attend work regularly and on time.
