About The Position

This role is not just service — it’s service + projects + construction. Heavy grocery store work is a must-have background. The position involves service calls, emergency response, retrofits, and project work including installs. The technician will travel across BC as required, experiencing a variety of tasks from saving product one day to leading installs on a project site the next. This role offers real work, real variety, and real responsibility.

Requirements

• Journeyman or strong Apprentice in refrigeration.
• Grocery experience (non-negotiable).
• Comfortable with project work.
• Comfortable with travel within BC.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Valid Class 5 license.

Nice To Haves

• Strong exposure to CO₂ systems.
• Ready to get experience with CO₂ systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and emergency response.
• Conduct retrofits and project work, including installs.
• Travel across BC as required.
• Lead installations on project sites.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
