About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills. The position involves managing inventory of cleaning supplies, mixing chemicals, and operating cleaning equipment. The associate will also be responsible for identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions and ensuring equipment is in good working order. Responsibilities

Detail clean warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills.
Maintain, stock, clean, and organize inventory of required cleaning tools and supplies.
Mix chemicals used for equipment or cleaning.
Safely and correctly perform facility upkeep activities, including operating sweepers/scrubbers.
Identify unsafe working conditions, poor products, and improper service procedures and report them to management.
Ensure facility upkeep equipment is in proper working order and supplies are organized and stocked.
Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
Build strong and trusting relationships, communicating with impact, energy, and positivity.
Help, develop, and mentor others, recognizing others' contributions and accomplishments.
