About The Position

Our enterprise-level client is seeking to hire several IT resources in Bristol, CT, at all levels. Below is the most urgent need – IT Refresh Technicians in Bristol, CT. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and potential to go permanent with the client. The role requires an ASAP start date and is 100% onsite in Bristol, CT. The company is hiring for several openings and requires a drug and background check, as well as vaccination to work onsite.

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Cisco VoIP.

Responsibilities

Build, stage, and deploy Apple and PC devices throughout the company.
Refresh both Apple and PC devices.
Image systems to company standards.
Back up/transfer data between both PC and Mac platforms.
Install and configure software requested by client (MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, VPN software, etc.).
Set up and configure shared drives and network printers on both platforms.
Utilize resources to assist in troubleshooting or escalating issues.
Empathize with users to establish greater customer service.
Provide friendly response and ownership of issues and requests.
Adhere to company and business unit policies and standards.
