About The Position

The Chambers Center for Well Being is seeking a Per Diem Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead group and/or private sessions. The role involves providing modifications, progressions, and form corrections to ensure client safety and maximize results. The instructor will deliver an engaging, positive, and inclusive class experience, educate clients on proper movement, breath, and body alignment, and support client retention by building relationships and fostering community. Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, attending team meetings and events, and promoting studio offerings are also key responsibilities. This position is part of Atlantic Health System, a leading non-profit healthcare system headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey, known for its commitment to high-quality care and team member development.

Requirements

  • Lead group and/or private Pilates Reformer sessions in accordance with studio programming and client goals.
  • Provide modifications, progressions, and form corrections to ensure safety and maximize results.
  • Deliver an engaging, positive, and inclusive class experience that reflects the studio’s brand and culture.
