About The Position

The Referrals Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and streamlining the referral process within an organization to ensure timely and accurate communication between clients, providers, and internal teams. This position is responsible for coordinating referral requests, tracking their progress, and maintaining detailed records to support efficient service delivery. The coordinator acts as a liaison to facilitate collaboration among healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and external partners, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare, insurance, or customer service environment involving referral coordination or case management.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar database management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
