About The Position
Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a premier multi-specialty practice with locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Referrals Assistant to join our Administration team in Fort Myers. Schedule is Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
Requirements
- Experience working in a high volume office environment
- Great attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to handle all interactions in a professional manner
- One year of medical office experience or a combination of education and office experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior medical referral experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers
- Review and track referral requests for the Referrals department
- Assist Referral Specialists with day-to-day operations
- Record information accurately into our patient management system
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
