Referral Specialist
About The Position
The Referral Specialist serves as a connection between families, doctors, and the therapy team. This role joyfully handles the details of processing referrals and coordinating evaluations to ensure every child is seamlessly connected to the specialized care they need. Requirements
- Fantastic problem-solver and detail-oriented.
- Experience with insurance verification.
- Comfortable navigating online portals.
- Experience calling providers to verify coverage for new patients.
- Experience with verification of Medicaid and MCO.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette.
- Meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Stable work history and attendance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a connection between families, doctors, and the therapy team.

- Demonstrate the ability to stay organized and persistence to complete tasks.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with insurance companies, therapists, and administrative staff.
- Other duties, as assigned.
