Requirements

• Experience with insurance verification.
• Comfortable navigating online portals and calling providers to verify coverage for new patients.
• Experience with verification of Medicaid and MCO.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stable work history and attendance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with doctors' offices and other referral sources.
• Data processing.
• Facilitating scheduling patients for evaluations.
• Routine clerical and administrative work such as answering telephones, receiving the public, registering patients, collecting money, and providing good customer service.
• Meeting clinic scheduling needs and assisting with scheduling for other facilities as needed.
