About The Position

The Referral Relations Coordinator at Lutherwood Residential facilitates Lutherwood's relationship with current and potential referral sources. This individual works hand-in-hand with leadership to achieve quality outcomes for our patients. The Referral Relations Coordinator will facilitate a positive admission experience for all new residents that including both Trinity House and Secure Residential.

Requirements

• 1+ years of knowledge about major systems that serve youth and families, including child welfare, juvenile justice and education.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, assessments, interviewing and/or counseling people, preferably in a residential treatment facility.
• High School Diploma
• Current Indiana driver's license

Nice To Haves

• 4 year / Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field
