About The Position

This position provides support to the referral and intake system as well as for other programmatic needs of the Maine Families of Greater Portland program in accordance with the Maine Families Standards of Practice and Maine Families policies and procedures. In this position the individual will work closely with the Maine Families Program Manager and Team Leader working in several settings (in the central office, out in the community, and occasionally in homes) to ensure that the program maintains a high level of customer service and adheres to program standards.

Requirements

  • Must adhere to Maine Families Standards of Practice and Maine Families policies and procedures.
  • Must submit a cover letter and resume along with the application.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to the referral and intake system.
  • Provides support for other programmatic needs of the Maine Families of Greater Portland program.
  • Works closely with the Maine Families Program Manager and Team Leader.
  • Works in several settings including the central office, out in the community, and occasionally in homes.
  • Ensures the program maintains a high level of customer service.
  • Ensures adherence to program standards.
