About The Position

Alpaca Health empowers clinicians to become entrepreneurs in autism care by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. Their mission is to shift power in healthcare back to clinicians from large consolidated entities. The company has secured over $14M in funding and is experiencing 30% month-over-month growth, serving hundreds of patients. This full-time role requires candidates to be based in Alpaca Health's core territory and be available for 5 days in the field. As a Referral Partnerships Manager, your primary objective will be to increase patient referrals to Alpaca Health by establishing and cultivating relationships with various healthcare provider partners, including primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other professionals who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Alpaca Health in the field.
  • Build, nurture, and expand referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations.
  • Ensure a steady pipeline of well-matched client referrals for Alpaca Health's partner providers.
  • Identify new provider partner leads through proactive research and prospecting.
  • Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
  • Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other thoughtful interactions.
