Who We Are: Palm Point Behavioral Health (affiliated with Universal Health Services) is a 74-bed behavioral health hospital is located in Titusville, Florida minutes from Cape Canaveral. Palm Point Behavioral Health treats adults, children and adolescents that suffer from a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses including, depression, anxiety and substance abuse in a modern and well-appointed facility. Palm Point behavioral health offers inpatient treatment options and serve communities in Brevard County and beyond. The Referral Management Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of inquiry and referral calls. Serves as liaison to referral sources, physicians, unit staff and hospital personnel involved with each transfer request. Enters call data into the facility’s database and manages all e-fax application(s) to process incoming referrals and transfer requests in a timely manner. Effectively communicate with unit staff, physicians, and Admissions Triage Staff. Follow hospital’s policies and procedures regarding referral management. Requirements

Licensed RN or Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences.
RN, LCSW,LMHC,LMFT preferred.
BLS required or obtained prior to direct patient care.
1-3 years of experience preferred in Florida psychiatric heath care.
Successful candidate must be local to the area and able to come to the Titusville office periodically.
