About The Position
The Referral Coordinator will handle referral requests and communication of appointments for high-risk maternity patients being sent from OB practices to Maternal Fetal Medicine. This role involves organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining preauthorizations, and communicating the status of appointments, utilizing general clerical and customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Other education preferred.
- Computer skills preferred.
