The Intake and Referral Specialist (Link Coordinator) is the agency's first point of contact for individuals, families, and professionals seeking support in a fast‑paced behavioral health environment. This call‑center role is primarily remote and requires exceptional customer service, strong compassionate, person‑centered listening, and effective problem‑solving skills. The Link Coordinator responds to high‑volume inquiries with empathy and accuracy, ensuring each person feels heard and is guided toward the most appropriate services. This role collaborates closely with Spurwink programs and staff to coordinate smooth, timely referrals and uphold a high standard of care. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
