OTR CDL- A - Reefer Driver
About The Position
BB8 Freight is hiring CDL-A reefer drivers for over-the-road work. The company emphasizes safety, dependable support, and dispatching intended to help drivers maximize earnings. Drivers are paid 28–30% of load gross, with stated weekly pay of $2,500–$3,500 and direct deposit every Friday. The schedule is three weeks on the road followed by four full days at home, with duty resuming on the fifth day. The role is classified as contract (1099), and work is performed on the road. Drivers operate late-model 2022–2023 equipment and transport refrigerated freight. Applicants must have at least two years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience, no more than three moving violations in the past two years, and must not be part of the SAP program. California CDLs are not accepted.
