About The Position

BB8 Freight is hiring over-the-road CDL-A reefer drivers. The company describes its focus as safety, dependable support, and smart dispatching. Drivers are paid 28–30% of load gross, with weekly earnings listed at $2,500–$3,500. Pay is deposited every Friday. The work schedule is three weeks out, followed by four full days at home, with duty resuming on the fifth day. Drivers operate late-model 2022–2023 equipment. This is a contract, 1099 position working on the road.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Must have a CDL-A license.
• Must not be part of the SAP program.
• California CDLs are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A reefer truck.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections.
• Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
