About The Position

The Reef Cashier is responsible for providing superior customer service, accepting and delivering food orders, and bussing tables. This role also involves following till procedures, stocking inventory, performing general cleaning, completing prep work, and reconciling tills with accurate reporting. The cashier will also perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to follow till procedures accurately
• Attention to detail for discounts, coupons, and various payment methods
• Ability to stock inventory
• Ability to perform general cleaning
• Ability to complete prep work
• Ability to reconcile tills and complete reports accurately

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to customers
• Accept and deliver food orders and buss tables
• Follow till procedures as established, paying close attention to all discounts, coupons, club redemptions, department charges, direct billing, credit cards and room charges
• Stock inventory and perform general cleaning of dining area
• Complete prep work as needed
• Reconcile tills and complete reports accurately
• All other duties as assigned or requested by Director, Manager(s) and Supervisor(s)
