About The Position
TOMRA North America, a leading International Reverse Vending and Recycling Company, is seeking a Part-Time Redemption Center Worker for its Newark, NY location. This role involves assisting customers with the recycling of beverage containers, counting these containers manually or using technology, and processing customer transactions using a cash register. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Weekend Availability
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Experience in customer service field
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with recycling of bottles, cans, and plastic beverage containers.
- Process and store bottles and cans in an orderly fashion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment around all work areas.
