About The Position
Bottle and Can Retrieval Centers is seeking a Full Time Redemption Center Associate at its Dansville, NY Location. This role involves assisting customers with their recyclable beverage containers, which includes counting them manually or using technology. The associate will also be responsible for operating a cash register to complete customer transactions.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Weekend Availability
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Experience in customer service field
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist our customers with recycling of bottles, cans and plastic beverage containers.
- Process and store bottles and cans in an orderly fashion.
- Keep a clean and safe work environment around all work areas.
