Why This Role Exists As Foundation scales its Reddit marketing capabilities for clients, we need someone who can consistently produce native, community-appropriate content across multiple subreddits. This role exists because Reddit is a rule-intensive platform where success depends on understanding and respecting each community's established norms, posting guidelines, and cultural expectations. Who This Role Is For Takes time to learn and follow rules: you read subreddit guidelines before posting and respect platform policies Prefers clear standards and established methods over improvisation or experimentation Values consistency and reliability Works well within structure and comfortable following editorial guidelines, brand voice parameters, and content calendars Pays attention to detail, notices formatting requirements, community norms, and subtle tonal shifts between subreddits Appreciates feedback and direction, while implementing notes precisely and improve based on clear guidance
