Requirements

• Red Seal Journeyman certification in HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comply with Health and safety policies at all times and client Health and Safety policies when working at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
