Requirements

• Red Seal Certification in Automotive Service
• Strong diagnostic skills with modern vehicle technology
• Experience working efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• A detail-oriented mindset and pride in craftsmanship
• A team-first attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mazda vehicles
• Ensure all repairs meet Mazda and Steele Auto Group quality standards
• Work with sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and drivetrain systems
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate with the service team
• Keep a clean, safe, and professional shop environment
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance service department
