About The Position

Spirit Omega Inc. is currently seeking Red Seal Certified Vehicle Technicians for opportunities with our client at Garrison Edmonton. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment in a defense environment where safety, reliability, and technical excellence are essential. Candidates with experience maintaining and repairing military vehicles or Army equipment are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Red Seal Certification as a: Heavy Equipment Technician, Truck and Transport Mechanic, Automotive Service Technician, Or equivalent recognized trade certification
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working on military vehicles, Army equipment, or defense-related fleets.
Knowledge of military maintenance procedures and standards.
Experience with tactical wheeled vehicles, support equipment, and heavy-duty mechanical systems.
CVIP certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles and equipment.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with established standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
Complete service records, inspections, and maintenance documentation.
Ensure all work is performed safely and meets quality requirements.
Support fleet readiness through timely and efficient repairs.
