About The Position

Lead the migration of enterprise workloads from VMware (vSphere/on-premises virtual machines) to Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms. The role requires architecture experience, stakeholder management, and hands-on expertise designing and operating OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms and migrating VMware workloads.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of infrastructure/cloud experience.
• 3–5+ years designing and operating OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• Hands-on experience migrating workloads from VMware to OpenShift.
• Strong stakeholder management and architecture experience.
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere and vCenter.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Podman.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security.
• Native Swedish, EU citizenship, or a valid work permit for Sweden; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• RHCE, RHCA, or OpenShift certifications.
• Hybrid cloud and multi-cluster OpenShift experience.
• Knowledge of Velero, Ceph/Rook, or service mesh.

Responsibilities
