We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager-N/A Brands to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that will increase revenue and market share.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in beer sales or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the beer industry and market trends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Selected candidates will be subject to an MVR & criminal background check and a pre-employment physical/drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales and distribution targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory
  • Promote and sell our products to customers
  • Conduct product tastings and demonstrations for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Attend industry events and trade shows
  • Adhere to all company quality policies and standards
