About The Position

This is a full-time role focused on the daily operations of a recycling plant. The position involves unloading redemption centers, conducting recycling audits, organizing pallets and cooperage, overseeing plant equipment, and assisting in various other areas as needed. The company emphasizes a strong safety culture and utilizes top-of-the-line picking technology in a clean warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Flexibility with schedule
• High School diploma/GED
• Must possess a solid work ethic and sense of responsibility
• All candidates considered will have a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check

Responsibilities

• Unload redemption centers daily and conduct recycling audits
• Organize empty pallets and cooperage to return to proper vendors
• Oversee equipment within the plant, including can and glass crushing machines
• Communicate and work alongside plant manager in everyday tasks
• Assist in repacking room and sales P.O.S. cage, when necessary
