About The Position

The Recycler is responsible for operating equipment in a safe manner, unloading recyclable materials, and placing materials in the designated areas. This role requires the ability to communicate proactively and effectively, possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and safely operate various equipment. Success in this role is driven by a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, behavioral and leadership skills, and customer focus. Requirements

Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to operate equipment such as forklift, bailer, compactor, densifier, clamp truck, etc.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Unload recyclable materials and place materials in the designated areas.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Report any and all unsafe conditions.
All other duties as assigned.
