About The Position

The Recycler is responsible for operating equipment in a safe manner, unloading recyclable materials, and placing materials in the designated areas. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate proactively and effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy leveraging their skills to make an impact.

Requirements

Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to operate equipment such as forklift, bailer, compactor, densifier, and clamp truck.
Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department, including weekends.
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Report any and all unsafe conditions.
All other duties as assigned.
