The Recycling & Casting Project Leader is to lead the process development and best practice sharing work in his technology field including: identifying and leading implementation of best practices in the Constellium plants linked with furnaces and combustion technology, leading combustion and furnace reliability with plant experts, and provide technical support for improvement process in recycling (scrap cold preparation, scrap immersion,…) and melting technology deployment. Within this team the Recycling & Casting Project Leader reporting to the BPC Casting & Recycling Manager has the mandate to drive process improvement and best practice roll out within his technology field around recycling & casting that includes furnace technologies (induction, rotary tilting and reverberatory), sustainability (energy, environmental compliance), molten metal processing, combustion and refractory expertise.
