About The Position

The City of Staunton Public Works Department is seeking a part-time Recycle Attendant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting recyclable materials at the centralized recycling center. This role requires excellent customer service skills to assist and guide citizens with sorting and collecting materials. The position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires the ability to lift approximately 40 pounds regularly, as well as standing and walking for extended periods.

Requirements

• Physically capable of lifting approximately 40 pounds on a regular basis
