Requirements

  • 8 + months experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Refurbish/recycle returned equipment to like-new condition for resale to customers.
  • Perform duties as outlined by the Sensitech work instructions, quality assurance procedures, and assembly drawings.
  • Ensure that products are disassembled/assembled per the applicable work instructions and assembly images.
  • Clean returned equipment to like-new condition by wiping, removing labels and/or adhesive, and replacing small parts.
  • Properly sort and dispose of recyclable materials as well as Alkaline and Lithium batteries.
  • Conduct battery check by measuring voltage and measuring PCB board functionality using a milliohm meter.
  • Ensure that products are processed per the applicable Quality Procedure.
  • Perform other tasks assigned and help other departments as needed.
  • Ability to follow direction from the Supervisor, Team Lead and/or Team Members.
