Requirements
- Experience in Recruitment or HR
- Have a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong alignment to our values of compassion, integrity, respect, honesty, responsiveness and ambition
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a smooth handover to onboarding
- Engage and communicate with candidates effectively
- Support attraction and retention activity by developing high‑quality induction, onboarding frameworks
- Engage with external partners, colleges, training providers and community groups to build development pipelines
- Deliver comprehensive welcome and induction training
