About The Position

Waste Solutions Canada is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven Business Development Representative to join their Sales team. This role is primarily remote but requires travel to client sites within approximately a 3-hour radius of Hamilton, Ontario. The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth.

Requirements

  • An enthusiastic outbound sales professional
  • Ability to navigate a CRM with ease and enjoys learning new technology
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and visit potential clients to promote products/services and present new opportunities.
  • Negotiate and execute service agreements, including pricing schedules.
  • Conduct cold calls and manage the entire sales process using CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain lists of prospects, set up introduction meetings, and give sales presentations.
  • Assist in implementing new programs for clients and upsell additional services/products to meet business targets.
