About The Position

The Recruitment Support Specialist is a key member of the BrightBee recruitment team and supports the day-to-day operations of staffing our regions or "hives". We're expanding our recruitment team to ensure we can keep up with demand, providing our partners with the highly qualified and motivated workers they need to support their students.

Requirements

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative or office job is required.
  • Communication Skills: verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and site partners.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot from one task to another without missing a beat.
  • Reliability: Dependability and punctuality are vital for fulfilling on-demand job opportunities efficiently.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting student learning and promoting academic success.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience with recruitment processes or support is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Application review
  • Conducting phone and video interviews of 1099 contractor candidates, identifying those who would be good representatives for BrightBee.
  • Representing BrightBee in an exciting and energetic way, ensuring that qualified candidates WANT to join our community of workers.
  • Providing feedback about and contributing to the continuous improvement of our interview/pipelining processes.
