The recruiting specialist will be responsible for providing recruiting expertise by developing recruitment strategies in alignment with business’ workforce planning needs. The recruitment specialist will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to attract, source and select key talent for the Organization. Recruitment efforts will include managing all internal and external applicants, proactive sourcing leveraging multiple platforms and ensuring a high quality process is followed through every hiring need.
