About The Position

Precision Well Servicing is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team. This critical role supports the operations group by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for field positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of field positions to ensure the best candidate selection and onboarding. The position is based out of Red Deer or Grande Prairie, and remote work is not available as teams have returned to the office.

Requirements

3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
Strong organizational skills.
Team oriented with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, demographics, and recruitment methods.
Detail-oriented and focused on quality results and on-time deliverables.
Self-directed with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for field positions and make recommendations for hire.
Manage candidates through the onboarding process.
Collect and verify required certifications and validate previous experience.
Maintain contact with candidates and provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with Precision Well Servicing's policies and applicable legislation.
Accurately track candidates, results, and costs per hire.
Monitor job fair opportunities and seek approval to attend.
Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment practices based on market conditions and business needs.
