About The Position

Cloud5 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-volume hiring, contact center operations, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing recruiting processes, and has leadership experience. This position is remote within Canada, with preference given to candidates who can occasionally travel to or commute to our offices in Saint John, New Brunswick; Moncton, New Brunswick; or Toronto, Ontario.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience recruiting for contact center, customer support, service desk, technical support, or operations-based roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success creating and managing recruiting processes.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience mentoring, training, or leading other recruiters or recruiting coordinators.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing direct reports or serving in a leadership role.
  • Experience recruiting for technology, telecommunications, hospitality, managed services, or customer experience organizations.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and recruiting analytics.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote teams across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, with a primary focus on contact center and high-volume hiring.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and talent strategies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels.
  • Drive an efficient, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support recruitment process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to one direct report.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, talent market insights, and hiring trends.
  • Own the Onboarding Process, driving early engagement, performance readiness, and successful integration into the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company hiring practices.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
