This is a 3-month contract internship focused on recruitment sourcing and pipeline development. The intern will be responsible for building and maintaining candidate pipelines, executing sourcing strategies, and conducting initial candidate screenings. The role also involves recruiting coordination, maintaining data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and providing project and operational support to the recruiting team. Success will be measured by the ability to ramp up on tools, independently manage sourcing pipelines, and contribute to hiring targets.
