About The Position

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support its three metro Atlanta communities. This is a key role within the Human Resources team, reporting to the CHRO. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 2 years working as Recruiter/HR Generalist in health care setting
• Full cycle recruiting experience with large organization
• Strong recruiting skills, sourcing/screening candidates, offer management
• Ability to manage HRIS platform, including job boards and onboarding
• Exemplary organization and time management skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Human Resources certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
• Experience utilizing ADP HRIS preferred
