About The Position

Miratech is seeking a passionate Intern to join their Recruiting Team. This role requires a tenacious self-starter adept at finding world-class talent globally using various sourcing techniques, tools, and resources. The intern will collaborate with different business departments to understand hiring priorities and build deep talent pipelines. This position will be performed remotely.

Requirements

  • Any demonstrated experience in the Recruiting/Sourcing field.
  • Familiarity with main development languages, libraries, frameworks and understanding the crucial differences between them.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to conveniently communicate with international people.
  • Distinct LinkedIn profile.

Nice To Haves

  • Any background in Engineering, Finance or Economics.

Responsibilities

  • Talent sourcing through LinkedIn direct outreach.
  • Sourcing passive and active candidates through networking, complex internet searches, research, name generation, and calls.
  • Performing search functions, including database mining, job board searches, and functional web searches.
  • Researching and targeting new talent sourcing channels to uncover hidden talent.
  • Acting as a company ambassador, sharing values, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining and tracking sourced talent within the ATS (SmartRecruiters).
  • Tracking critical recruitment data and producing regular (and ad-hoc) reports on recruiting activities.
