About The Position

Position Summary The Recruitment Analyst delivers advanced analytics and reporting to support data‑driven recruiting decisions. This role develops dashboards, predictive models, and insights to monitor KPIs, balance recruiter workloads, and optimize recruiting ROI. The Recruitment Analyst manages recruitment data across ATS, CRM, and HR systems, automates data processes through coding and APIs, ensures data quality and documentation, and builds models for sourcing attribution, candidate journey analysis, and recruiter efficiency. Requirements

  • Skilled in SQL, Python, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting, modeling, and automation.
  • Experience designing and managing data flows across ATS, CRM, and HR systems.
  • Strong ability to build predictive models, perform ROI analysis, and create scalable reporting solutions.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, warehousing, and governance principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, HR Technology, or related field
  • Experience in talent/recruitment analytics or HR data roles with a strong technical focus
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or R; experience with APIs and web scraping techniques
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM platforms and their data structures
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable data solutions and automations in support of business functions
  • Exposure to machine learning, NLP, or generative AI applied to recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and delivers dashboards, scorecards, and reports to monitor recruiting KPIs across all verticals.
  • Analyzes and optimizes recruiting ROI across channels, campaigns, and vendors.
  • Utilizes predictive analytics and forecasting models to support hiring demand planning and recruiter workload balancing.
  • Designs and manages recruitment data architecture across CRM, ATS, and HR platforms, ensuring scalable and consistent data models.
  • Writes and maintains code (e.g., Python, SQL, or R) to automate recurring data tasks, including scraping data from public sources (e.g., labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor job postings).
  • Develops custom scripts and API-based tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) recruitment data across systems.
  • Establishes data quality standards and oversees data validation, hygiene, and deduplication processes.
  • Maintains robust documentation and data dictionaries for analytics and reporting assets.
  • Builds advanced data models for sourcing attribution, candidate journey mapping, and recruiter efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
