About The Position

The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency. This role builds and maintains recruitment dashboards and reports, analyzes hiring trends and risks, and translates complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations. The position partners with recruitment and workforce leaders to identify process inefficiencies, improve cycle times, measure return on investment for recruitment initiatives, and support continuous improvement across the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in a Related Field
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of current information technology and an ability to lead project teams to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; high-level proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
  • Technical proficiency regarding database management and date analysis.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
