About The Position

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking an experienced marketer to join their Recruitment Marketing team as a Recruitment Marketing Manager. This role will focus on building and scaling integrated strategies to drive candidate experience and growth. The manager will own full-funnel marketing strategy for specific markets, roles, or talent segments, translating business goals into integrated plans and driving measurable hiring outcomes. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services for its consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet Pet Health Care. The company emphasizes a culture of ownership, innovation, and provides resources for testing bold marketing ideas.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in results-driven marketing (growth/demand gen/performance) with strong account management skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and account management skills, with a proven ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and drive consensus across competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling, including building executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong analytics: funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution basics; proficiency with GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic/job advertising platforms, with the ability to drive and interpret results from them.
  • Strong project management skills: able to plan, prioritize, and juggle multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience managing budgets and agencies/platforms.
  • Occasional travel required.

Nice To Haves

  • Recruitment marketing and/or healthcare experience is preferred, not required.
  • Prior experience with CRM concepts and campaign management preferred; experience using Phenom CRM a plus.
  • Comfortable with AI-powered marketing tools and automation, from generative AI content creation to campaign optimization and audience targeting.

Responsibilities

  • Owning full-funnel marketing strategy for specific markets, roles, or talent segments, translating business goals into integrated plans, building cross-functional consensus, and driving measurable, quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partnering closely with talent acquisition as a trusted, consultative resource, proactively managing relationships, aligning competing priorities, understanding the nuances of hard-to-fill roles and pipelines, and reporting back on results and progress.
  • Building the candidate-journey strategy, integrating audience segmentation, messaging and creative, paid search/social/programmatic/job boards, SEO/website/landing experiences, CRM/email/SMS, retargeting, and on-site conversion, into cohesive, test-and-learn plans with clear KPIs, attribution, and ROI targets.
  • Orchestrating creative briefs, content needs, landing experiences, and conversion paths in partnership with Creative, CRM, and Digital teams.
  • Utilizing analytics to maximize campaign performance and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Managing budgets and vendor/agency partners; forecasting and reallocating to maximize ROI.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices, and proactively evolving strategies to stay ahead.
