About The Position

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s recruitment and talent acquisition functions. This position partners closely with the Director of People & Culture, department directors, and hiring managers to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently with qualified candidates who align with the organization’s mission, values, and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred, including experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Supervisory or recruitment leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offers, and coordination of pre-employment requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for Direct Support Professionals, clinical, administrative, management, and other organizational positions.
  • Conduct telephone screenings and coordinate individual, panel, and high-volume hiring interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers and directors to identify staffing priorities, vacancies, and workforce needs.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, vacancy reports, candidate status reports, headcount information, and other recruitment metrics.
  • Monitor time to fill, candidate response rates, interview activity, vacancies, offer acceptance rates, and other recruitment performance measures.
  • Establish timely communication and follow up expectations between Recruitment, candidates, and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, community partnerships, workforce development relationships, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing resources.
  • Ensure recruitment practices remain consistent, equitable, confidential, and compliant with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to the Director of People & Culture and participate in leadership and staffing meetings as required.
  • Supervise and provide direction to recruitment and onboarding staff, when applicable.
  • Work collaboratively with People & Culture to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection through onboarding and employment.
