Recruitment Manager
About The Position
Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland is seeking to hire a Recruitment Manager who is responsible for leading and guiding the recruitment team and for overall new membership growth. This motivated manager will work in collaboration with the Director of Member Growth & Engagement to develop and assess comprehensive 18-month plans for the recruitment of new girls and volunteers. They will work in partnership with other operational and organizational functions to support the organization's mission, goals and strategic priorities. All employees must have access to secure, reliable internet, and although the position is primarily remote, the person hired will be required to work from and travel within the council's jurisdiction.
