We're growing fast, and we need a people-powered Recruitment & Employment Specialist (RES) to help us build the strongest caregiving team in Virginia. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where every hire you make strengthens families, empowers caregivers, and fuels our mission of compassionate care. This is not a remote or Hybrid position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in our office in Alexandria VA. this role is required to spend at least 1 day pr week in or Sterling VA office as well.

Requirements

A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy).
High school diploma or GED (bonus points for healthcare or customer service experience).
Sharp communication skills - verbal and written.
Organized, adaptable, and ready to problem-solve on the fly.

Responsibilities

Lead the charge on recruitment strategy - from job fairs to referral networks, you'll be everywhere caregivers are.
Spot talent fast - screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values of Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence.
Keep the team thriving - launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged.
Be the culture champion - deliver warm, inspiring orientations that make every new hire feel like family.
Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.
Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
