Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and networking events.
Screen, interview, and select candidates who align with our values and culture.
Manage the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
Conduct new hire orientation and create a welcoming onboarding experience.
Support employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
Monitor turnover trends and assist with retention strategies.
Foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Maintain employee files and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate background checks, screenings, and hiring requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate recruitment and personnel records.
Partner with leadership to meet staffing goals.
Assist with recruiting events and community outreach efforts.
Respond to staffing needs and support operational priorities as needed.
