The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all staff recruitment activities. This role serves as a primary contact for applicants, ensures accuracy of recruitment records, and supports the overall recruitment process including interview logistics, reference checks, candidate screenings, and job postings. The coordinator also assists with new hire appointments, onboarding, and employee transfers. Additionally, the position supports new provider orientation, federal and state loan repayment programs, locum tenens processes, and employment visa duties. The role involves assisting with residency programs, medical/dental schools, FNP/PA training programs, and other external pipeline initiatives, including coordinating student placements and attending job fairs. The coordinator also supports the annual Provider Appreciation Dinner, manages office supplies for Main Street and Corporate offices, and performs clerical duties for the Executive Leadership team as assigned by the Director of Recruitment.
