We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment or HR career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build experience in high-volume recruitment within FMCG. Reporting to the Recruitment Advisor, this role supports recruitment across our Colac operations and coordinates on-site inductions across our three manufacturing sites. Working closely with the Recruitment Advisor, Talent Acquisition Manager and site leaders, you will help deliver a smooth and professional recruitment and onboarding experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in recruitment, HR or talent coordination (agency or internal)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and team-focused approach to work
  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally between sites

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to high-volume recruitment environments (desirable)
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or related field (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-volume recruitment for operational and EBA roles
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interview coordination and candidate management
  • Assist with operational assessment centres and hiring activities
  • Facilitate and coordinate on-site inductions across Bulla’s manufacturing sites
  • Ensure all new starter documentation and payroll paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Act as a key point of contact for new starters during the onboarding process
  • Work closely with site leaders to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly
  • Support broader Talent Acquisition administration and projects
